- Act as a trusted business partner to Legal Entity leadership and collaborate closely with global functions
- Ensure outstanding audit outcomes, SOX compliance, and on-time filings while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Contribute to change management and long-term process excellence in a fast-paced yet supportive setting
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong experience in statutory reporting and multi-jurisdictional compliance
- Proven managerial success in leading teams through transitions, change initiatives, and periods of growth
- Excellent technical accounting expertise with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Strong process improvement and project management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
