Requirements
- Strong technical depth in APIs, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS Node.js/Python; REST/GraphQL).
- Hands-on engineering leadership - you thrive on building alongside your team.
- Experience mentoring engineers, especially in fast-paced, iterative product teams.
- 3+ years of people management experience, or a senior/staff/principal engineer ready to step into their first leadership role.
- Proven delivery track record in startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity in high-speed environments.
