Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of maintenance and modernization projects for preparatory works aimed at marketing/sales
Coordination and assurance of relevant construction and trade processes in close cooperation with other internal departments, construction and craft companies, and purchasers
Responsibility for scheduling and adherence to budget requirements in the above processes through to warranty claim management
Preparation of project reports as well as monitoring and documenting acceptance processes to ensure quality and contractual compliance
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering (structural engineering), architecture, or qualification as a building technician or master craftsman in the construction trades
Experience in managing, supervising and executing modernization measures for existing properties, or knowledge of the housing/property management sector is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and RIB/iTWO is a plus
Very good communication skills (very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage) and a confident manner
Strong organizational skills and high customer- and service-orientation
