Responsibilities
Responds operational support questions related to distribution functions including but not limited to compensation, incentives, marketing programs, initiatives, and staffing.
Leverages available resources and technology to answer questions accurately.
Accountable for measures including first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, documentation, and completing assigned activities.
Manages inbound activities and documents contacts.
Provides operational support and utilizes consultative skills to train agents and district managers on products, services and technology to achieve objectives.
Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for multiple lines of business.
Collaborates with other functional areas to support overall agent performance such as providing feedback and assistance on initiatives.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
State insurance license
Minimum of three years of sales, marketing or insurance experience including knowledge of Personal Lines, Specialty, Life and Commercial lines product knowledge required
Knowledge of insurance products, tools, and current sales management technology preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to secure 'buy-in' and convince others regarding best approach
Goal oriented team player with a positive attitude
Excellent time management skills
Strong relationship building.
