Responsibilities
Lead our recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment operations
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization
Oversee the recruitment team
Optimize systems and processes
Partner closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met for both immediate and long-term growth
Travel to health care facilities throughout the nation, up to 25% of the time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience required
7+ years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiting Manager or Director role overseeing a team of 10 or more.
Proven success managing large-scale recruitment efforts in a multi-site, multi-state organization
Prior experience in health care recruitment, specifically long term care and senior living
Must possess strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience in ATS Administration required, prior experience with New iCIMS highly preferred
Ability and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management abilities
