Responsibilities
Formulate and lead the technology roadmap for global supply chain systems, ensuring alignment with QVC's business and IT strategies.
Provide technical and functional direction, championing innovation and best practices in supply chain technology.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Partner with business stakeholders, product management, and technology leaders to evaluate and implement new solutions.
Ensure quality, compliance, and fiscal responsibility across all supply chain application initiatives.
Oversee external consulting resources and system integrators, ensuring successful delivery and support of key projects.
Evaluate and streamline core technology processes, driving greater value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
8–10 years of experience implementing and supporting supply chain applications, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives.
Proven ability to translate business strategies into effective IT investment portfolios.
Experience managing complex application portfolios, including both COTS and custom-built solutions.
Strong knowledge of supply chain applications, business processes, and best practices in a business-to-consumer environment.
Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and working with system integrators/consulting teams.
Experience in agile software development environments and with global/offshore teams preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
