Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team for a large client in Manhattan.
- Work directly with S&P leadership. Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
- Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL.
- Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, and meeting account level KPIs and goals.
- Oversee client compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
- Experience with people management.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management or similar.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- E-procurement experience.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
- Ability to work remotely (i.e. home office), including on-site at client locations
