We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Supply Chain Executive** to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and optimizing logistics to support our expanding operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
**Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
**Procurement & Supplier Management:** Work closely with suppliers to manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
**Logistics & Warehousing:** Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, manage warehouse operations, and optimize supply chain workflows to improve efficiency.
**Order Fulfillment & Distribution:** Ensure timely processing of orders, liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and manage distribution channels.
**Data Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze supply chain data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve supply chain performance and cost efficiencies.
**Process Improvement:** Identify gaps in the supply chain process and implement solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Experience in e-commerce or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
