About the role
- Cybersecurity Admin supporting the Pantex Plant, focusing on IT organization and compliance. Managing administrative tasks related to the Cybersecurity Organization in Amarillo, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT organization and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) within the Cybersecurity Organization
- Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files and web content (e.g. SharePoint)
- Interview callers and make proper referrals
- Arrange meetings and conferences
- Receive, refer, or answer mail
- Review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
- Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment
- Attend staff meetings, prepare slide decks, record notes and action items, and disseminate to stakeholders
- Manage Cyber Organization directorate activity calendars including holiday, leave, and associated events
Requirements
- High school diploma with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship due to the federal nature of the work
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance
- Expert communication and writing skills
- Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend applicable written and/or oral communications
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to fluctuating tasks
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Requires ability to establish, maintain, communicate and coordinate advanced administrative programs and projects
- Broad working knowledge of the Cyber Organization, IS&S organization and the company policies and practices
- Must be able to handle advanced, diversified, and confidential duties that may be administrative in nature or project-based
