About the role
- Security Supervisor responsible for loss prevention and safety at WarHorse Gaming casino in Omaha. Ensuring compliance with regulations and managing security team operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the company are firmly and fairly enforced.
- Assists with investigations.
- Supports the efficient operation of the Security Department shift assigned.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and company rules and regulations.
- Identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company patrons and team members.
- Detains persons for probable cause for the purpose of notifying law enforcement and/or state gaming officials.
- Controls and maintains company-wide key controls throughout the property while on duty.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older.
- Associate degree in related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Three (3) years of related work experience in Security field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Previous experience in a casino resort preferred.
