Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product ownership, business strategy, or modern operations within technology-driven organizations.
- Deep expertise in Agile at scale (Scrum, portfolio management) with hands-on experience operating modern Agile approaches across large engineering organizations.
- Proven ability to simplify complexity and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, including data storytelling and executive-level engagement.
- Fluency with modern tools and AI—comfortable leveraging Jira, Jira Align, code repository analytics, and generative AI to enhance productivity, insight generation, and decision-making.
