About the role

  • Senior Security Manager leading security for Sanofi meetings and events across North America. Ensuring compliance with global meeting policies and managing event security operations in high-stake environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead security presence at all assigned meetings and events
  • Manage and ensure compliance with Sanofi's Global Meeting & Events Policy
  • Perform security sweeps of meeting spaces and event venues
  • Coordinate Access Control and ensure only credentialed individuals participate
  • Present daily security briefings regarding current risks and security protocols
  • Liaise with event planning agencies and hotel/venue security teams
  • Conduct thorough and discreet investigations into any incidents during events
  • Supervise team members assigned to the Meetings & Events Security Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of demonstrated progressive leadership and operational experience within the private sector or government
  • Demonstrated investigative success
  • Experience developing and executing security-related programs at the leadership level
  • Proven ability to lead change and collaborate in a high-performance culture
  • Must possess a US passport with no prohibitions on travel to Canada
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and other standard corporate software
