Responsibilities
Review and verification of returned commercial lending applications
Verify and validate all post client documentation for errors and/or discrepancies
Collaborate with our settlements team to ensure timely and accurate action of our customers’ requests
Identify opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area
Undertake investigations in respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception based issues
Contribute to and/or complete reconciliations
Complete general administrative duties as required
Practise prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks
Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the home lending/commercial lending process or other highly operational role
Strong customer service experience with the ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders
High attention to detail and accuracy
