Responsibilities
Guide our customers confidently through the diverse world of cruising and its nearly limitless possibilities
Advise and assist prospective clients and customers on cruises
Create individual travel proposals and packages
Book and manage cruises and related travel services
Maintain customer relationships and build a base of repeat clients
Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners
Requirements
You have experience as a Tourismuskauffrau / Tourismuskaufmann (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship positions, etc.)
You are highly skilled in phone and email consultation and always find the right, confident tone
You stay organized and keep a cool head even when things get busy
You embrace teamwork and prioritize service and quality for the customer
Customer conversations in English are not a problem for you
Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable

Additional pay for weekend or holiday shifts (Note: currently about 2 to 3 weekend days per month are required)
