Responsibilities
CRM, Email & WhatsApp marketing: planning, execution & optimization of campaigns and automations (Klaviyo, ChatArmin)
Development of targeted customer journeys for customers & partners
Segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis and more with a focus on retention & reactivation
Collaboration & coordination
Close alignment with Marketing, Design, Product & Copywriting
Briefings & sparring for content, landing pages and lead campaigns
Management of CRM processes using HubSpot, Typeform and Gorgias
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (DTC or health sector a plus)
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo – initial experience with ChatArmin or WhatsApp marketing desirable

Good balance of analytical thinking and creative intuition
Self-responsible, hands-on and proactive – you don’t wait for tasks
Fluent German (C1) & good English
