About the role
- Contrôleur Financier pour Avencore, un cabinet international de conseil en stratégie opérationnelle. Piloter la performance financière et soutenir le développement du groupe à Paris.
Responsibilities
- Assurer le reporting mensuel du groupe (CA, marges, suivi des coûts et KPI clés)
- Contribuer au suivi de la performance des projets (rentabilité, avancement, écarts vs budget)
- Participer aux reforecast trimestriels
- Mettre à jour et fiabiliser les outils de reporting et de suivi (Excel, ERP NetSuite)
- Maintenir la qualité et la cohérence de la donnée financière dans l’ERP
- Soutenir les équipes projets et managers sur les aspects financiers et administratifs
- Mettre à jour les projections de trésorerie mensuelles et suivre les indicateurs clés
- Identifier les leviers d’optimisation du cash et proposer des actions d’amélioration
- Accompagner le CFO sur les analyses financières ponctuelles, études ad hoc ou chantiers d’amélioration des outils (ERP, dashboards, process)
- Être force de proposition pour l’évolution des pratiques et outils financiers du groupe
Requirements
- Profil de formation supérieure en finance / gestion / audit
- 3 ans minimum d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, audit ou finance d’entreprise (alternance incluse)
- Aisance avec les chiffres et maîtrise d’Excel
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit)
- Expérience sur un ERP (idéalement NetSuite) est un plus.
