Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes
Plan and manage IT-related process improvement projects
Gather and evaluate business requirements
Create detailed documentation
Assess the impact of proposed changes
Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders
Ensure business processes comply with internal standards
Monitor and report on project progress
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
3–5 years of professional experience in business process consulting or IT project management
Experienced in process design, mapping, and optimization
Successfully led or supported IT-driven process improvement or system implementation projects
Comfortable collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar)
PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certifications are a bonus, but not required
Strong conflict resolution skills
Solid English skills, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
Willing to travel and collaborate with teams across multiple locations
