- Computer Systems Analyst providing essential desktop and network support for local area network users. Help resolving technology-related issues and provide training to peers.
Responsibilities
- This position performs desktop and network support to local area network users and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers.
- Your duties would include: Analyzing and coordinating resolution of hardware, software, and network communication problems.
- Assisting with planning and designing of office network layouts.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of hardware, software, and communication performance.
- Researching and recommending improvements and solutions.
- Installing and maintaining an inventory of computers and electronic equipment.
- Providing training and support to peers and other teams.
Requirements
- Experience communicating verbally and/or in writing, guiding end users through computer related inquiries.
- Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Two (2) years of work-related experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining, or troubleshooting computer hardware/software.
- Two (2) years of work-related experience troubleshooting and handling Windows11 in an enterprise environment.
