Responsibilities
You will strengthen our claims handling team in motor vehicle liability — handling both property and personal injury claims.
Proactively settle claims to reduce claims costs.
Demonstrate empathetic and confident negotiation skills when dealing with claimants, attorneys, and other parties.
Establish and monitor claim reserves.
Review and enforce subrogation/recourse claims.
Support and oversee court proceedings.
After a structured onboarding, independently take responsibility for handling your cases.
Requirements
Completed training as a lawyer (jurist) or insurance clerk, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Proven practical experience in claims handling at an insurer or claims adjusting office.
Enjoy working independently.
Confident user of Microsoft Office and common everyday software.
Strong negotiation skills when dealing with diverse parties.
Interest in shaping the digital transformation of claims handling.
English language skills are an advantage.
