Requirements
- 6+ years of data analytics or business experience
- experience with ETL processes and tools for data analysis
- experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL-based querying)
- deep understanding of Walmart’s business model to drive customer-specific strategies
- strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for dashboard creation and reporting
- working knowledge of intermediate to advanced ETL processes for data extraction and validation
- familiarity with data governance principles, including taxonomy, lineage, and compliance standards
- aptitude for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing automation using tools like Alteryx or scripting languages (SQL, Python)
