- Collaborate with team members to share market insights, sourcing best practices, and candidate feedback.
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience through thoughtful outreach and communication.
- Track and report sourcing activity using metrics to inform efficient and scalable processes.
- Contribute to the growth of Snap by helping fill critical business roles efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience or related field
- familiarity with sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, etc.)
