Responsibilities
Manage business development data: active/inactive clients, relationship status, billing, hiring recurrence, and other metrics.
Monitor and optimize the proposal flow, commercial pipeline, conversion rate (win rate) and performance indicators.
Conduct market and competitor intelligence analyses by developing and monitoring relevant indicators.
Support the preparation of strategic proposals and corporate presentations.
Address general department requests and partners' requests, such as information gathering and presentation support.
Lead and support the firm's internationalization project.
Collaborate on creating and implementing a business development methodology for the firm.
Structure products, services and deliverables that support partners in securing work and generating value for clients.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in designing and implementing growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experience in business development, preferably in law firms or professional services firms.
Previous experience managing teams.
Ability to work with data and performance indicators (KPIs).
Proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of CRM and BI tools and experience with internationalization projects or working in multicultural environments is a plus.
Advanced English.
