About the role
- Business Analyst responsible for collating business requirements and facilitating client communication at Reply. Ensuring alignment between client needs and internal teams in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess the impact of requirement changes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned before implementation.
- Verify that requirements are aligned with business objectives and validate their accuracy and completeness through testing and reviews.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business process modeling, and business analysis tools.
- Design end-to-end customer journeys with a strategic perspective, ensuring alignment across all involved areas.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred: Advanced English
