About the role

Responsibilities
- Project analysis to support the commissioning team during site visits and for development of specific tasks
- Preparation of documentation for LEED certification
- Preparation of technical analyses of building systems for both LEED certification and for commissioning of systems outside the certification process
- Conducting field visits to verify systems and provide guidance to construction teams
- Preparation of periodic reports and documents related to LEED certification
- Gathering information from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, lighting design, and fire protection projects
- Processing and treatment of data collected in the field
- Conducting various research activities and actively sourcing information for the commissioning team
- Reviewing procurement-related documents for projects and providing feedback to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical diploma in related fields (building construction, mechanical, mechatronics, automation systems, energy, electronics, etc.)
- Proficiency with online tools and software
- Basic to intermediate English
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
