Responsibilities
- Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable following company processes and guidelines
- Tracks all upcoming payments and follows up on any pending open payments
- Communicates directly with vendors regarding various client related matters
- Knowledge of Chart of Accounts (personal and corporation)
- Monitors daily client activity, handles requests, and conducts timely follow ups
- Reviews bank balances daily and funds accordingly
- Prepares daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Completes billing timesheets daily
- Sorts, scans, and processes all incoming mail
- Prepares and sends outgoing client mail
- Prepares checks for deposit
- Downloads monthly payroll reports
