- Bilanz-Buchhalter:in managing client financial accounts with a focus on digitization in a hybrid team environment. Involving financial statements and client consulting in Austria.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Betreuung unserer Klienten in allen buchhalterischen Belangen
- Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mitwirkung bei Steuererklärungen
- Überwachung von monatlichen Klientenbuchhaltungen samt Digitalisierung der kaufmännischen Organisation in unserem RZL-Buchhaltungssystem
- Organisation des digitalen Belegtransfers, fachkundige Beurteilung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle und Anpassung der digitalen Abläufe, Übernahme und Aufbereiten der digitalen Belege unserer Mandanten sowie die Übernahme der Daten (Camt53 Bankdateien)
- Beratung unsere Klienten beim Aufbau ihres digitalen Rechnungswesen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung.(Lehre/ HAK /HLW/HBLA), vorteilhaft ist natürlich die Buchhalterprüfung (WIFI oder Akademie der KSW)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungssoftware (idealerweise RZL)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office . *xslx, *docx und *msg ist dir ausgezeichnet bekannt und du haben Freude damit
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Genauigkeit
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
