Responsibilities
Develop and evolve Knowledge Management (KM) solutions
Establish and maintain KM best practices

Lead the assessment of current processes to identify inefficiencies
Foster collaboration across functional disciplines to drive process optimization and knowledge sharing
Requirements
University degree or college diploma in business (or equivalent years of experience)
Three years of work experience in Knowledge Management
3-5 years of continuous improvement in a client-focused environment
Proficient knowledge of KM principles, processes and tools
Sound knowledge of project management techniques, tools and methodologies
