Responsibilities
Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements
Lead a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients
Lead multiple complex organizational design engagements at a time covering topics that include organizational diagnostic, organizational structure, operating models, transformation governance and roadmaps, and change management
Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams
Manage engagement economics, oversee high-quality work, and ensure delivery excellence
Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators, and methodologies that define the future of the workforce in the Agentic AI era
Keep up to date on trends across the AI and organizational design landscape, sharing insights, and contributing to thought leadership
Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen
Requirements
Significant experience delivering organizational transformation services in multiple industries
Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas, such as Organizational Diagnostic, Operating Model Design and Implementation, Impacts of AI on talent and workforce and Change management
Ability for storytelling and building executive presentations
Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results
Experience leading proposals and related presentations to lead sales efforts
Strong client relationships driven by service excellence
Creative approach to solving client challenges
Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
Fluency in English and French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment
