Requirements
10+ years of relevant property and casualty product management experience
Experience formulating product strategy to meet P&L objectives
4+ years of people leadership experience in building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and competitive market dynamics
Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Expertise in regulatory engagement and compliance
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
