About the role
- Air Freight Operations Analyst ensuring logistics processes in freight forwarding at DMS Logistics. Coordinating shipment operations and managing documentation across countries.
Responsibilities
- Contact with exporters at origin: requesting and/or sending documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
- Monitoring and coordination of processes under Incoterms FCA (carriers at origin) and EXW (exporters and carriers at origin)
- Recording/posting of costs
- Contact with the origin warehouse to verify arrivals and issue warehouse receipts (inspection of cargo, packaging, weight)
- Checking and issuing documents (EEI report, invoice, packing list, labels, etc.)
- Issuance of air waybills (AWB)
- Follow-up with airlines
- Sending information to the CCT.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Experience coordinating shipments
- Knowledge of import processes (USA and Brazil)
- Knowledge of Incoterms (FCA and EXW)
- Experience working for a freight forwarder
