About the role
- Tech & Operations Werkstudent supporting the digital infrastructure of a Mental Health startup. Collaborating with management and enhancing user experience across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, further develop and provide technical support for our website and landing pages using an AI tool
- Create and optimize landing pages (e.g., for campaigns, courses, special offers)
- Implement small features, adjustments and technical improvements
- Ensure performance, functionality and a clear user journey
- Create and link digital products (e.g., digital courses) in the shop
- Integrate payment providers, access controls, vouchers and automated flows
- Support releases of new products and offers
- Handle customer inquiries (access, accounts, purchases, technical issues)
- Troubleshoot system and tool issues (website, shop, payment, e-mail, app-adjacent systems)
- Coordinate and track solutions across multiple tools and platforms
- Operational handling of refunds, voucher access and special cases with payment and platform partners
- Provide friendly, structured handling of customer inquiries (email / tool-based)
- Perform initial technical diagnosis for user issues
- Work closely with Tech and Management to improve the user experience
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Digital Business, Web Development or a related field
- Technical understanding of websites, CMS and newsletter tools, landing pages and digital tools
- Initial experience with AI tools for website creation, web technologies, shop systems or no-code/low-code tools
- Structured, independent and reliable work style
- Enjoy analyzing problems and finding pragmatic solutions
- Excellent German skills (native level)
- Very good English skills
