About the role
- AI & Data Solution Architect at Seco shaping manufacturing with data and automation. Leading development of scalable, cloud-native data and AI solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of end-to-end data and AI solutions
- Experiment with and evaluate ML and GenAI models
- Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines covering model training, deployment, monitoring and retraining
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers and product owners to turn prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions
- Build full stack applications that connect seamlessly with analytics tools and AI models
- Drive governance, reproducibility, and cost efficiency throughout our data landscape
Requirements
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and full stack development within the data and AI domain
- Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies
- Cloud platforms experience
- Experience with data engineering, analytics and machine learning workflows
- Designing and deploying scalable APIs and microservices
- Excellent English skills, verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture, data lakes and platforms like Databricks
- Experience applying data governance, MLOps, and AI in real-world projects
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
