- In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, including payments, customer onboarding/KYC, AML case management, lending, and regulatory reporting
- Experience working with AI/ML solutions in regulated environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CAMS, PMP, Agile/Scrum)
