Responsibilities
Reporting to the accounting department, you will take responsibility for the operational management of a client portfolio and work closely with a team of accounting professionals.
Perform accounting and tax reviews.
Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns.
Produce management analyses and controls.
Mentor and support less experienced colleagues (depending on profile).
Independently manage a diverse client portfolio (BIC, BNC) across sectors such as associations, agriculture, transport, hospitality, retail, liberal professions, the medico-social sector, industry, etc.
Work with an innovative digitization solution (digital platform + mobile app).
Requirements
Degree in accounting: Master CCA, DSCG or DCG (or equivalent).
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an accounting firm.
Strong command of digital accounting/management tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience contributing to the development of less experienced team members.
Candidates with a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac +2) and at least 10 years' experience in a firm will also be considered.
