Account Manager role in the Client Development team at Rise at Seven. Responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving success.
Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and careful management of both new and existing client accounts
Work closely with the Account Directors and Client Services Director for smooth running of accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on a day-to-day level
Keep clients informed about what Rise at Seven is doing for them week by week
Input and support Account Managers or Directors in client meetings, ensuring slides are up to date
Ensure the right people attend client meetings and understand their role
Collaborate effectively between teams working on client accounts
Keep client teams informed of clients’ priorities and needs
Showcase work to clients, helping them to see the bigger picture
Identify opportunities to enhance work delivery for clients
Requirements
Experience in an Account Management (or equivalent) role (3+ years of experience)
Very organised, a killer at delivery plans and keeping check on project roadmaps
Ability to monitor on time on budget across your client accounts
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across manager level
Eye for detail to ensure client reports are compelling
Enthusiasm for multiple areas of digital marketing and an interest in SEO and Content
Desire to work in an exciting and fast paced environment
Ability to retain accounts by giving clients the attention they deserve
Willingness to work with a portfolio of global brands
