Managing your client base in event logistics

Managing your client base for virtual and hybrid events
Cross-selling across different product segments
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar qualification, or equivalent experience
Experience in inside sales or customer support desirable
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of active customer contact
Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working
Confident use of Office programs, ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
Enthusiasm for trade shows, events and innovative marketing solutions
