Responsibilities
Provide commercial/account management focused on the private sector;
Manage a named portfolio of accounts, always seeking the best financial results for negotiations and strengthening relationships;
Identify new clients and expand areas of engagement within existing accounts;
Conduct commercial activities for the private market through in-person and remote meetings, phone calls, and other communication channels to generate business;
Perform regular follow-up on accounts and opportunities, both internally and externally, regarding the progress of work;
Develop opportunities with support from commercial teams, pre-sales engineering, project teams, post-sales/support, operations, finance, and administration;
Manage the quotation process for equipment and service costs with distributors, manufacturers, and other internal departments;
Prepare and present commercial proposals;
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor committed to selling solutions that deliver business results;
Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, processes, policies and company guidelines (compliance);
Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and partners;
Perform other job-related duties as required by the company.
Requirements
Experience in sales;
Previous experience as an Account Manager;
Familiarity with the Teltec Solutions partner portfolio;
Sales certification;
Experience selling projects to private-sector clients.
