Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in analysis, design, development, implementation and delivery of learning and development
5+ years of experience managing a high-performing team
Experience in performance consulting/human performance improvement
Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and ability to influence outcomes
Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to support decision-making
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and sound decision-making
Excellent communication and influencing skills
