About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the management and maintenance of Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes (ILAS) and their underlying investment choices.
- Monitor fund house communications and stay informed about industry trends to contribute to product improvements.
- Maintain investment choices by tracking performance and conducting other ongoing reviews.
- Draft clear, professional client letters and other written communications for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a contact point for local regulators and stay up to date with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all product-related matters.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address product-related questions and maintain strong working relationships.
- Prepare sales aids, product documents, and related materials to support business objectives.
- Assist the Head of Propositions or Manager with product-related projects, tasks, and ad hoc initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5-6 years + experience managing ILAS products and investment choices; experience interacting with regulators is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to remain aware of updated regulatory requirements and apply them to day-to-day work.
- Native spoken Cantonese and strong proficiency in English, with outstanding written communication skills in both Chinese and English; ability to draft clear and effective client correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
