Responsibilities
You lead and continuously develop the Swiss team to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness in combating fraud.
You are responsible for achieving fraud investigation targets, preparing detailed reports and analyses, and presenting these at senior level.
You lead cross-functional projects for process and system development with a strong focus on innovative technologies and methods for fraud prevention.
You manage and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Zurich Group and external partners, to ensure comprehensive fraud prevention.
You continuously analyze trends and technologies, such as cybercrime, and integrate them into the strategic direction of the department.
Requirements
University degree in criminology or many years of police service with solid professional experience in investigations and criminal analysis, as well as in combating insurance fraud (BVM).
Knowledge of criminal law, criminal procedure law, and civil law.
Proven leadership experience, ideally in the insurance sector or a large corporation, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong IT skills and a particular interest in the application and development of systems, as well as experience in deploying artificial intelligence.
Strong representation and communication skills at senior level, combined with solid project management skills.
Excellent German and English skills; French is an advantage.
