Responsibilities
- Provide systems-level design thinking to evolve brand guidelines and UX standards, ensuring a consistent and scalable identity across product, digital, and print communications

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary design roles, with a focus on B2B marketing, brand systems, and video production pipelines
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proven experience in hands-on production, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate data into actionable UX/UI design patterns and responsive web experiences.
