Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies tailored to the US region ($150 million in revenue)
Lead initiatives to attract new customers and enhance retention through targeted programs.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support field execution.
Drive demand generation campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and targeted outreach.
Conduct customer research and segmentation to optimize marketing initiatives.
Implement marketing programs that drive engagement, utilization, and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Partner with portfolio marketing, finance, and operations to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or animal health, with a strong background in customer engagement.
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs centered on customer needs.
Strong track record of working closely with sales teams to drive commercial success.
Experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and execute effectively.
