About the role
- Senior Consultant managing SAP HCM Payroll projects from conception to delivery at Zalaris. Collaborating with clients and enhancing payroll processes in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design in the SAP HCM Payroll context
- Document requirements, business processes and test plans
- Set up client environments and perform cutover and migration activities
- Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll, including schemes and rules
- Support interfaces and integration with other modules and external applications
- Prepare project documentation and training materials
- Conduct knowledge transfer and handover to support teams
- Contribute to proposal preparation and effort estimates
- Keep specialist knowledge of German payroll up to date
- Contribute to continuous improvement through team knowledge sharing
- Maintain demo systems and support release processes
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting
- Deep understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements in Germany
- Interest in transitioning to Employee Central Payroll
- Project management skills and strong client focus
- Very good German and English language skills
- Team player with initiative and a passion for innovation
