About the role
- Project Manager overseeing SAP HCM Payroll implementations for Zalaris. Leading project teams and ensuring the success of complex transformations and rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HR/HCM projects across the full lifecycle – from conception and design through to post-go-live support
- Analyze, plan and optimize HR and payroll processes and act as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Manage budget, schedule and resources, including reporting and risk management
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and maintain targeted communication with stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal structuring, effort estimation and client presentations
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement by applying proven methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SCRUM, PRINCE2)
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading SAP HR/HCM projects, ideally with a focus on payroll
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR and payroll processes, with an understanding of related HR topics
- Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams
- Proficient with both traditional and agile project methodologies and common tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills when dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken, with a solution-oriented and responsible approach
