Responsibilities
Lead SAP HR/HCM projects across the full lifecycle – from conception and design through to post-go-live support
Analyze, plan and optimize HR and payroll processes and act as the primary point of contact for our clients
Manage budget, schedule and resources, including reporting and risk management
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and maintain targeted communication with stakeholders
Support pre-sales activities including proposal structuring, effort estimation and client presentations
Ensure quality and continuous improvement by applying proven methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SCRUM, PRINCE2)
Requirements
Several years of experience leading SAP HR/HCM projects, ideally with a focus on payroll
Strong knowledge of SAP HR and payroll processes, with an understanding of related HR topics
Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams
Proficient with both traditional and agile project methodologies and common tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Excellent communication and presentation skills when dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken, with a solution-oriented and responsible approach
