About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HR / HCM projects across the entire lifecycle – from concept to post-go-live support
- Analyze, plan and optimize HR/payroll processes and act as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Manage budget, schedule and resources, including reporting and risk management
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and maintain targeted communication with stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal structuring, effort estimation and client presentations
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement through the application of proven methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SCRUM, PRINCE2)
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading SAP HR / HCM projects, preferably with a focus on payroll
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR / payroll processes and an understanding of related HR topics
- Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams
- Proficient in both traditional and agile project methodologies and common tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills when dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with a solution-oriented and responsible approach
