Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably within a multi-site organization.
Proven expertise in talent development, capability building, and performance management, with a track record of leading goal-setting and personal development plans.
Strong background in employee relations, with the ability to handle complex cases and advise on employment laws.
Ability to coach and influence senior leaders, driving cultural and operational excellence.
Experience managing HR projects and strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using HR systems and tools to drive insights and decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
