Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive, full-funnel media strategies that align with Pizza Hut's brand objectives and marketing goals – with a strong understanding of driving commercial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Strategy & Planning, Creative, Social, Partnerships and CRM to ensure cohesive and effective media campaigns.
Lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of media buys across various channels including TV, digital, audio, social, and print.
Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to ensure we plan and execute best-in-class strategies, maximize creative and platform capabilities to drive optimal performance and ROI.
Lead end-to-end media partnership activations, serving as the primary owner across strategy, partner management, execution, and performance evaluation.
Continuously identify new media opportunities and partnership opportunities to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Lead, monitor, optimize, and report on media performance to inform stakeholders and future media planning and investment decisions.
Oversee budget, billing and reconciliations process with key finance partners, agency and internal media team.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Pizza Hut remains at the forefront of media innovation.
Manage a team of 2 direct reports, setting clear direction and providing support to foster growth of internal media talent.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the QSR or retail industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
