Responsibilities
Work closely with Management and assigned functions/teams/stakeholders to execute automation opportunities accurately and in a timely manner.**• Work on projects diligently as assigned by Management from time to time.**• Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely.**• Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Excel VBA, Sharepoint, SQl, MS Power Platforms and other custom scripts.**• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints.**• Perform root cause analysis and optimize processes before automating.**• Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions.**• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.**• Monitor and maintain automation scripts, ensuring performance and uptime.**• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.**• Provide training to end-users on newly implemented tools or automation workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.**2 - 6 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role with a focus on process automation.
Knowledge of finance processes is an added advantage**• Strong knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies.**• Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, RPA platforms).**• Hands on experience in building Power BI Reporting Dashboards with various input sources**• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**• Experience working with databases (SQL) and data manipulation is a plus.**• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage.**Soft Skills:**• Team player and collaborative skills.**• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.**• High attention to detail and automation mindset.
