About the role
- Production engineer involved in the industrialization and commissioning of highly automated production lines. Support new product launches and troubleshoot production issues independently while driving efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Industrialization and commissioning of highly automated production lines
- Support the production ramp-up of new products
- Independently resolve process issues in the manufacturing environment (troubleshooting)
- Proactively analyze equipment malfunctions and derive efficient improvement measures
- Develop and implement optimization solutions to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree or technician training in automation engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience with automated series production
- Independent, analytical and quality-oriented working style
- Knowledge of production process optimization
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- ERP/MES experience is a plus
