About the role
- Consultant ServiceNow optimizing IT and business processes for major clients in Paris. Collaborating with teams to implement and manage ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers auprès des équipes opérationnelles
- Participer aux ateliers de cadrage et de conception (fonctionnelle & technique)
- Configurer et paramétrer les modules ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD…)
- Piloter et contribuer aux développements spécifiques : Business Rules, Client Scripts Workflows & Flow Designer Intégrations (REST / SOAP, MID Server)
- Rédiger les spécifications (SFD / STD)
- Réaliser les campagnes de tests (unitaires, intégration, UAT)
- Assurer le support N3 et la maintenance évolutive
- Former et accompagner les utilisateurs
- Participer à la veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues
Requirements
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience sur ServiceNow
- Excellente maîtrise du module ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Connaissances appréciées sur ITOM, CSM ou HRSD
- Compétences en scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Expérience des intégrations (REST / SOAP)
- Certifications ServiceNow appréciées : CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CAD
- Bonne connaissance des référentiels ITIL (certification appréciée)
